Pomino Pinot Nero shows an elegant and brilliant ruby red color and light garnet nuances. The small red and black fruits pervade the nose, such as raspberry, wild strawberry, a delicate sensation of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry. Over time, these blend with a delicate spiciness, from cinnamon to star anise and white pepper. The aging in wood then brings out toasted, tobacco and coffee notes. The mouthfeel is fresh and mineral, well balanced with the alcoholic note. Beautiful taste-olfactory correspondence, with remarkable freshness and balance. Elegant and velvety wine with silky tannins and a long finish.
