Very fresh and persistent with a pleasant aftertaste of tropical fruits. The name Falanghina is probably derived from the use of columns called "falanx," which have been used to support grapes since ancient times. Although testimonies have only been written since the mid-19th century, experts say it is a contemporary vineyard for Fiano and Greco dating back to the 1st century BC.
