The rosé wine of Donnafugata Lumera D.O.C. was born on vineyards on the Contessa Entellina estate in the heart of southwestern Sicily. It is made using a blend of Nero d’Avola, Syrah, Tannat and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested by hand between August and September. It is characterized by a soft pink color. Its aroma shows strong and intense pomegranate, blackcurrant and wild strawberries. It is fresh and soft in the mouth, followed by a mild salty taste that fills in perfect harmony.
